I've looked at life...

"Both Sides Now"
pastel, 5x7"

Day 19 of the 30 Paintings in 30 Days! It is really important for me to find times in the day to paint. I am amazed at how good it is for me to be thinking of painting all the time. It is a way of looking at my daily life with thoughts of positive productivity that I hadn't been doing before this challenge.

I am thinking... ok, what shall I paint next?

    1. As you know, landscape is a genre that doesn't come easy, but I like these abstract realistic paintings using big shapes and simplified composition.
      Thank you!

    2. You could have fooled me. I didn't comment on this or any of the posts yesterday when I first came across your blog because I just wanted to comment, "This is wonderful," on all of them and I thought that would be a bit redundant.

  4. I always wished I was the type of artist to live, breathe, and dream art. Now I am and it is exhilarating. I finally feel like this is what I always thought being an artist would be like.
